"Most of my professional experience had been a solo act as an in-house designer. I knew how to take projects from start to finish, to trust my instincts, and even to critique my own work. But I was also acutely aware that in order to advance as a designer, I was missing meaningful team collaboration to challenge my thinking. I found that here at Notable."
No one deserves your talent without the full you delivering it. Embrace that.
Entrepreneurship breeds innovation. Think like a business owner, even if you aren’t one.
Change is the only constant. To thrive here, you’ll need to be excited as hell to retool on the fly.
No one’s job is easy. Put yourself in their shoes; even when it’s uncomfortable.
Time is best spent solving problems, not justifying them. Be forthright.
Our clients depend on us. That’s an honor. Show up for them, and your team.
If you won’t be proud to tell your kids about it, don’t do it. Even if others do.

For dedicated staff seeking sustained involvement in the business, long-term employment with the firm, and career/personal growth with ongoing support from their employer.

Established freelancers or solopreneurs with a small client list that is supplementing their income, who enjoy the security of guaranteed work, want to be part of a team, but who prefer having more flexibility at this stage and are not reliant upon Notable for full-time employment. That said, many L2s will be open to converting to a full-time L1 role long term.
Integrated contractors are valued members of our team who bring specialized skills to the table that we may not need as frequently as L1 or L2 roles, yet are still integrated into our work. L3’s consistently receive 20 hours of work per month or more.

Their ultimate goal is to build their own business, of which Notable is a key client supporting a regular part of their revenue. They present as a fractional extension of our team, though they value independence over anything else and likely are not interested in employment status.
Submitting an application is your chance to provide us with material that we can delve deeper into during our discussions. We'll review your application submission, and we'll follow up within 5 business days.
If you're a match for an open position, we'll invite you to an introductory conversation with our HR Manager, to learn more about your experience and to share a bit about our company. It's important to us that we're hiring a person– not a resume.
The second interview will be 50% focused on skills and experience, 50% focused on cultural fit. You should be ready to talk about not only what led you here, but how you work and what you're seeking in your next manager, team, and place of work.
This is your chance to show us how you think. Step 4 will be a scenario-based interview with your team, or a short take-home exercise that you'll bring back to us. This will be reflect the work you'd do in the position you're considering and is a great way to assess real-world fit on both sides.
The last and final step of our interview process is designed to show us what we can't gather through traditional interviews alone. We'll ask you – in a format of your choosing – to present something that will help us understand who you are at a fundamental level, as a human being.
Finally, we'll talk with former colleagues and supervisors. This is our due diligence, and represents the last hurdle before making an offer. We know they're busy, so we keep these quick and aim to be as flexible as possible when working around your references' schedules.
Once you've signed your offer, get you acquainted with everyone and everything Aggregate. We have a comprehensive onboarding process geared toward making you comfortable with your team and confident in your position.
